- 🐆 Remote Support: help over the internet when you need it, with no monthly fee. $2 a minute, billed in six-minute blocks.
How they fit together
Network is the everyday watch. Most fixes happen from our side without a visit. When a box has to be swapped or a cable run, Onsite Support sends a person. Remote Support covers a one-off question when you hold no other card.
