Pilot credits
If your business is in the WILDCARD pilot, your portal greets you with a welcome bonus of credits. One credit is one Canadian dollar. You claim them once, and they pay for anything you activate.
What a credit is
- 1 credit = $1 CAD. The balance shows at the top of the portal and under Settings, Billing and credits.
- Credits spend on any WILDCARD service you activate in the portal. They apply as a credit line on that invoice. They never touch any other bill you have with us, like a licence you already pay for.
- Tax is charged on whatever the credits do not cover.
How to claim them
The home screen shows a card that reads Youโre in the pilot. Select Claim N credits, where N is your bonus. A coin weighs and lands, and the sheet reads N credits added. Use them on any WILDCARD service. Your balance updates right away.
The claim works once per company. A second tap, a second tab or a retry sees the first claim and does nothing more, so the bonus can never be added twice. Only a person signed in for your company can claim it; a WILDCARD staff member viewing your portal cannot.
Where they go
Every ACTIVATE is paid from credits first. The checkout lists Today, from credits and Credits available before you confirm. A monthly card keeps renewing from your balance; when it runs out we ask for a card on file. See Activate a card.
The small print
- The bonus amount is set per company by WILDCARD. There is no fixed public number.
- Not seeing the card? Either your company is not in the pilot or the credits were already claimed. Email [email protected] and we will check.
- Pilot credits do not expire. They spend on any WILDCARD service and are not refunded as cash.
