Phishing: how training works
Phishing is a fake message that tricks someone into clicking a link, paying a bill or typing a password. Most break-ins start this way. Training teaches your team to spot one before it works, and it does that with practice, every month.
What happens each month
- A simulation goes out. A simulation is a safe, fake phishing email that we send on purpose. It looks like the real thing.
- You get a monthly report. It shows how the team did.
What happens each quarter
- Every person gets a short self-paced course. Self-paced means they take it when it suits them, at their own desk.
What it needs
The card needs one connection: your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. That tells us who is on your team. Connect it once and the card can start. See Connect your accounts.
What it costs
$5 per user a month. A live session for the whole team, GoPhish, is a separate one-time booking.
