Microsoft 365 or Google: what you have

Your email, calendar and files live in one of two places. Microsoft 365 is one. Google Workspace is the other. Knowing which one you have is the first question we ask.

How to tell

  • You read mail in Outlook and keep files in OneDrive or SharePoint. That is Microsoft 365.
  • You read mail in Gmail and keep files in Google Drive. That is Google Workspace.
  • Still unsure? Look at the sign-in page. A Microsoft page says Microsoft. A Google page says Google.

Why it matters to us

Your portal connects to one of them. The button reads Connect Microsoft 365 or Connect Google Workspace. One connection lets every card that needs it start working. Your team appears on the People page after the first sync.

What the Cloud card does

Cloud is workspace administration. A workspace is your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace account. We add people, remove people, set permissions and manage licences. Keeping your existing setup running is included. Building a new workspace, or moving from one to the other, is a project we quote separately.

It costs $100 a month for each user.
