Your business
Invoices and your payment method
Every invoice comes by email. Stripe, the company that runs our billing, sends it for us. It carries a PDF and a pay link. Your portal will list invoices in an update; for now, your inbox is the record.
Where it goes
During your first login, step 3 is Billing setup: where your invoices go. We hold that address for you. To change it, email [email protected].
Reading one
- Each line shows the card and its list price.
- Credits you used show as a discount. See Credits.
- Tax is charged on what is left after the discount.
- A monthly card is charged on your billing date. Any other invoice is due within 14 days. After 30 days a late charge of 1.5% a month applies.
Your payment method
- Monthly cards are charged to the payment method on file. A card on file is required when you claim free support credits.
- To change the card, email [email protected] and we send a secure link. Never email card numbers.
- A one-time invoice can be paid from its pay link with any card.
