Your business line can live in an app. It turns your computer or mobile into your desk phone. Calls to the business number ring there. Calls you make show the business number, so your personal number stays private.

Before you start

  • The invite email from us with your sign-in details. No email? Ask support.
  • The computer or mobile you take calls on. On a personal mobile, this is one of the work apps we support.
  • About five minutes.

Steps

  1. Open the invite email and follow its link to download the app.

  2. Install it, open it, and sign in with the details from the invite.

  3. Allow the microphone when the app asks. Without it, callers hear nothing.

  4. Make one test call to your own mobile. Check that the business number shows on the screen.

  5. Record your voicemail greeting while you are in there. Short and friendly wins.
