How the move works

  1. We copy first. Your old mailbox keeps working while we copy everything across.
  2. We switch the delivery address. One DNS record (your domain’s public phone book) tells the internet where your mail goes. We change it after hours. This is why we ask for access to your domain first.
  3. You sign in once. On the day, each person signs in to the new mailbox and sets up their phone.
