Your business
How you are billed
Three kinds of charge, three rhythms. Monthly cards renew on their own. One-time work gets an invoice. Support by the minute is billed for the time used.
Monthly cards
- A monthly card is paid from your credits first, then charged to the payment method on file on your billing date. See Credits.
- A card priced per user counts licensed users, and the count updates monthly. A licence is billed in advance.
One-time work and support
- Projects and hardware are quoted first. Those invoices are due within 14 days.
- Remote Support is $2 a minute in 6-minute blocks. After hours is 1.5 times the rate, holidays 2 times. Non-clients pay a one-hour minimum. Any client with a credit balance is a client, so the 1-hour minimum doesnโt apply to them.
- On a Complete plan an after-hours emergency is included. Routine after-hours work is billed.
If a payment is late
- After 30 days, a late charge of 1.5% a month applies.
- At 14 days late we may pause services, with 7 days written notice first.
When prices change
- Service fees get at least 6 months written notice.
- On a 1-year or 3-year commitment the fee is fixed, then rises 5% a year.
- Third-party costs, like a Microsoft licence, can change with 30 days notice.
