Set up an email signature

Today every person on your team types their own signature, or none. Email Signatures replaces that with one design, added to every outgoing email for you. Nobody installs anything.

Before you start

  • Your logo, as a PNG or SVG file.
  • Each person’s name, title and phone number.

Steps

  1. Activate Email Signatures in your portal. It is $3 a person a month. See Activate a card.

  2. Email the logo and the list of people to [email protected]. One line per person: name, title, phone.

  3. We send back one design. Reply with changes, or Approved.

  4. We switch it on. From the next email out, every message carries the signature.

What happens next

  • A new hire gets the signature the day their account is created.
  • Running a promotion? Send us the line and the dates. It appears on every email for that time and then comes off by itself.
