Your business
What is backed up in the cloud
Microsoft and Google keep your data running. When an account is deleted, Microsoft keeps its mail and files for 30 days. After that, it is gone. A backup is a second copy that survives mistakes, hacks and leavers.
What gets copied
- Email, calendars and contacts.
- Each personโs own drive.
- Shared and team drives.
Same on Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. The copy runs three times a day. We keep every copy for as long as you are a client.
What you can get back
- A file someone deleted last month.
- A version from before someone overwrote it.
- The mailbox of a person who left.
- Everything, after ransomware. Ransomware is malware that locks your files for money.
Ask us and we restore it. Most restores land the same or next business day. Restores are unlimited.
Two limits
- It is a copy three times a day. A change made at 10:00 shows up in the next copy.
- There is no self-serve restore button. You ask, we restore.
What it costs
Unified Backups is $30 a month for each seat. One seat covers that personโs cloud data and their computer. You choose which people to cover.
