Reading coins

Read our guides to the end and earn coins. Each coin is $1 of WILDCARD support credit.

How you earn coins

• Read a guide or legal page to the end. The ring around the coin at the bottom fills as you read.
• Longer pages earn more: one coin for every 800 words, up to 5 per page.
• Short pages, like glossary terms, give one coin when you land on them.
• Each page pays once.

Where your coins wait

• New coins are saved in your browser until you claim them.
• If you clear your browser or switch devices before you claim, those coins are gone.

How to claim

• Tap the coin at the top of the page, then Claim.
• Sign in with your work account. Personal addresses, like Gmail, can’t claim.
• Answer one short question about each page you read. It shows you read it.
• Get one wrong and you can try again in an hour.

What your coins are worth

• Each coin is $1 of WILDCARD support credit.
• Already a client? The credit goes on your company’s account right away.
• Not a client yet? We save it, and it lands on your account when your company joins WILDCARD.
• Credit spends on any WILDCARD service, like support time. See Credits.
• Claimed credit never expires.

Limits

• Up to $25 per company, in total.
• Credit can’t be turned into cash, and it stays with the company that claimed it.
• If something looks like abuse, we may ask for extra checks or hold coins until they pass.
• We may change or end this program. Credit you already claimed stays on your account.
