Who has access to what
Access is a list, and you should be able to read it. Here is what we hold and how you take it back.
Your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
When you connect it, we can read your user list and licence counts, confirm we are in the right organization, and keep one documented emergency administrator account. That is a spare admin sign-in for when yours is locked out. We do not read email, files or calendars. Your password never passes through us.
Your domain
You invite one address, [email protected], where your domain lives. We change DNS records from that seat. DNS is your domainโs phone book. You stay the owner.
Your computers
A small agent we install does the watching, patching and backups, only on computers you asked us to cover.
WILDCARD staff in your portal
A staff member can open your portal as you see it. The screen says Viewing as client. In that mode nobody can claim credits, activate a card or send an invite.
How to take it back
- Microsoft or Google: revoke WILDCARD in your admin settings, any time.
- Your domain: remove the delegate in your providerโs account.
- Anything else: email [email protected].
