Your business
Credits
One credit is one Canadian dollar. Your balance sits at the top of your portal and under Settings, then Billing and credits. Anything you activate is paid from credits first.
How you get them
- A pilot bonus, claimed once with Claim N credits. See Pilot credits.
- Reading coins: read our guides to the end, then claim each coin as $1 of credit. See Reading coins.
- 120 free support credits, claimed on the tech support page with a card on file.
- Buying more: in the portal, open Settings, then Billing and credits (or select your balance), then Buy credits. Pay by card, any amount from $20 to $5,000.
- Buying needs a billing profile first: choose Set up billing on your portal home. Nothing is charged until you buy.
How they are spent
- Select ACTIVATE on a card. The checkout lists Today, from credits and Credits available before you confirm with Use credits.
- A monthly card renews from your balance each month. When it runs out we ask for a card.
- On the invoice, each line shows its list price and the credits appear as a discount. Tax is charged on what is left.
The small print
- Credits spend on any WILDCARD service. They never touch another bill you have with us, like a licence.
- Work starts when your credit balance is at least $120, one hour of support. Top up any amount online. Credits never expire, except the free 120 credits, which expire 90 days after you claim them. Credits spend on any WILDCARD service and are never refunded as cash.
