Your first simulation
A simulation is a safe, fake phishing email we send on purpose. The first one is the baseline: where your team stands before any training.
Before you start
- A signed-in portal with credits. See Credits.
- An administrator sign-in for Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
Steps

Open the Phishing Training card and select ACTIVATE. The checkout shows $5 per user a month. Select Use credits.

Select Next: Connect Microsoft 365 or Next: Connect Google Workspace and approve the request as an admin. This gives us your user list, nothing more. See Connect your accounts.

Decide what to tell your team. A quiet first round shows the true baseline. A warned team learns faster.
