Password manager

An app that creates, stores and fills in a different strong password for every account, so you only remember one.

Like a locked key cabinet in the office: one master key opens it, and every other key stays inside, labelled and organized.

How it works

  • A vault holds each password, encrypted, behind one strong passphrase and MFA.
  • It generates long random passwords and fills them in on the right site only.
  • Fake sites do not trigger autofill, which helps spot phishing.
  • Businesses can share logins safely and remove a leaver's access in one place.

How WILDCARD handles it

Password Manager gives each person a business vault with SSO and MFA. Staff sign in once, and the vault holds strong unique passwords for everything else.

  • A clinic shares the supplier portal login with three staff without ever emailing it.
  • A design studio finds twelve people reusing one password and fixes it in a week.
  • A bookkeeper removes a leaver from every tool by disabling one account.

A question owners ask

Isn't putting all my passwords in one place risky? The vault is encrypted and locked with a strong passphrase and MFA. Reused passwords on a dozen sites are a bigger risk than one well-protected vault.
